Exchanges are free of charge and possible within 14 days following the shipment of your order. They are valid only in France and apply exclusively to a size exchange.

You have 7 days after submitting your exchange request to drop off your parcel at a pickup point. After this period, the return label will no longer be valid.

Some items are not eligible for exchange: embroidered pieces, pre-orders, gift cards, and Beauty products once opened.

The shipment of your new item will follow the initial delivery method selected.

For any exchange of an order placed via Click & Collect, the new item will be sent back to the original store; however, in case of seasonal or exceptional closure, your new order will be delivered to your home.

If the exchange cannot be completed, our customer service team will offer you a refund.

Items purchased in our stores can only be exchanged in our stores. Purchases made at Galeries Lafayette must be exchanged directly with Galeries Lafayette.
