I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER
You have 14 days after the shipping of your order to return an item. Returns are extended from November 21st until January 16th, online and in store. Please make sure to keep the original packaging and label, and that the item is not damaged or stain
I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST
To download your return label, simply log in to your account and go to the “Return an item” section. All you have to do is select the order and the items concerned. The label will then be sent to you by e-mail. You can also drop off the items at our

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
Once your return package has arrived at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A new e-mail will then be sent to you as soon as the refund has been processed. If, however, you do not receive this second e-mail within 10 working days a
I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Exchanges are not available for orders placed online. You will need to return the item via a standard return request. Then simply place the order again. Exchanges are possible, however, if you visit one of our Addresses, excluding Galeries Lafayette
MY ITEM HAS A DEFECT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are committed to offering you quality, long-lasting items. However, if your item has a defect, please contact us at [email protected], enclosing photos and your order number, so we can find the best solution.
I WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED AT GALERIES LAFAYETTE
Any purchase made at Galeries Lafayette may only be returned or exchanged at Galeries Lafayette. In addition, a purchase made online or at one of our Addresses cannot be returned or exchanged at Galeries Lafayette.
