To download your return label, simply log in to your account and go to the “Return an item” section. All you have to do is select the order and the items concerned. The label will then be sent to you by e-mail.

If you're in the Paris area, you can also drop off the items at our boutique at 82 rue d'Hauteville, 116 rue du Bac or 18 Rue Malher for a refund or exchange.
